The compost trommel screen machine is an inclined cylindrical drum installed on the frame. The motor is connected to the trommel device through a coupling. The motor drives the reducer to drive the trommel to rotate around the axis. When the material enters the trommel device, due to the inclination and rotation of the trommel device, the material on the screen surface will turn and roll.

 

So that the fine material will be discharged from the compost trommel screen through the discharge port at the bottom of the rear end of the compost trommel screener, and the coarse material will be discharged at the tail of the compost trommel screener.

The two side conveyors are equipped with hand handles, which can be folded, and can be put down when the machine is working, and can be put away when not in use.

 

The trommel of rotary compost sifter is supported by 4 cast rollers on 4 sides, which is stronger and more durable than other tire supports on the market. Baffles are designed on both sides of the compost drum screen to prevent dust.

 

The front side of the compost trommel screen machine is designed with traction, which can be moved by trucks and trailers, which is convenient for working between different work sites. Equipped with 4 lifting legs and equipped with a hand handle, the height of the machine can be adjusted.
