1. The screen cylinder is easy to block
When the moisture of the coal is high (more than 10% water), the fluidity of the coal powder is obviously reduced, and it is easy to adhere and slab on the screen cylinder, causing the screen bar to be blocked. At this time, the comb coal plate cannot meet the cleaning sieve volume. The work of coal and normal sieving causes the pulverized coal to enter the crusher, which in turn causes the crusher sieve plate to be blocked by the coal dust board, and the work efficiency is lowered. Especially when the rainy season is coming, the trommel screen screen is severely blocked, and even if it is manually cleaned, the screening efficiency cannot be guaranteed.
Limited by the shape of the square spacer of the sieve tube connector, the comb plate of the comb coal plate cannot penetrate the gap of the screen strip, and only the coal block sandwiched between the screen strips can be cleaned; and when the coal is wet, the coal dust is blocked by the joint between the screen strips, the sieve The cleaning efficiency of the board is obviously reduced, and it is impossible to clean the wet coal between the screen strips, causing the screen cylinder to be clogged and the screening efficiency to decrease.
2. The screen cylinder coupling shaft breaks
The entire screen cylinder is connected to the front and rear rolling rings of the screen cylinder and the screen bars by means of a plurality of connecting shafts and connecting rods. When the screen cylinder rotates, the whole of the screen cylinder is driven synchronously by the coupling shaft, and the torque is large, and the coupling shaft is fixed by the two fixing plates at the entrance and exit end of the screen cylinder, the torque is too concentrated; and the coupling shaft rotates with the screen cylinder. After being washed by the material flow, it is found that the connecting shaft is obviously worn, and then the broken shaft of the connecting shaft causes the screen cylinder to be deformed and cannot be operated, and a new screen cylinder needs to be replaced.
3. The sieve ring at the feeding end of the screen cylinder wears quickly and is easily deformed.
The trommel screen feed port is facing the sieve end of the screen. The coal flow from the belt into the trommel screen falls from the height, and the feed port directly impacts the sieve end of the sieve tube, so that the sieve ring wears quickly, and is easily deformed by the coal block, resulting in the size of the sieve.
