On August 28, 2026, a complete rock gold processing line built for a Peruvian client was loaded into containers at our workshop and officially set off. Configured for 10–30 tonnes per day, the line centers on a jaw crusher, a hammer crusher, a ball mill and belt conveyors, with a fully automatic centrifugal concentrator, shaking table, gold sluice, gold panning machine and gold pans for gravity recovery - engineered specifically for hard-rock gold ore. From the first inquiry to the final container seal, the project followed a deliberate path: understand the material first, lock the flowsheet second, and only then start building.

 

 

Loading Day

 

 

The workshop was busier than usual on loading day. The jaw crusher went in first - the biggest piece of the line, its feed opening built to take large rocks. The hammer crusher and ball mill followed, with the belt conveyors loaded in sections. The centrifugal concentrator, shaking table and gold sluice were positioned one by one, while smaller items - the control cabinet, gold panning machine and gold pans - were packed and wedged firmly into every gap. Each machine was lashed down inside the container, and only when the final checks were done and the doors sealed did the shipment truly leave.

What the Customer Needed to Process

 

 

This line was engineered around one word: rock. The client's site processes hard-rock gold ore, where gold is locked inside the rock as fine particles. The ore has to be crushed, then ground, to liberate the gold before gravity equipment can recover it. That's why crushing and grinding sit at the core of this line: the jaw crusher handles primary crushing, the hammer crusher takes it finer, and the ball mill grinds to liberation size. The ground pulp is then upgraded step by step through the gold sluice, centrifugal concentrator and shaking table, with belt conveyors tying every stage together and a control cabinet managing power and line control. Throughput was set at 10–30 tonnes per day to match the client's requirement - a small to mid-size plant.

 

There is no one-size-fits-all line. Placer (alluvial) gold calls for washing; rock gold calls for crushing and grinding. Different material, different flowsheet - that's the first question we ask every customer.

Q: How much can this rock gold line process per day?

A: It is configured for 10–30 tonnes per day as requested. Actual throughput depends on ore hardness, feed size and site conditions - the line can be customized.

Q: Is rock gold equipment the same as alluvial gold equipment?

A: No. Alluvial gold is recovered by washing; rock gold must be crushed and ground to liberate the gold from the rock first. That's why a rock gold line always includes crushers and a ball mill - the two routes are fundamentally different.

Q: Who handles installation in Peru?

A: Installation guidance and technical support ship with the equipment; the exact service scope follows the contract. Every machine passed factory inspection before loading.

Q: What is the process for ordering a similar line?
