For alluvial gold, you need to transport the raw materials into hopper by truck, the materials are conveyed to the gold trommel screen through belt conveyor. When the trommel screen is working, the alluvial gold is separating out and washing by water (water pump equipped with trommel screen ), then the alluvial gold or nugget is left on the gold gross of gold sluice.
For rock gold, you need to convey the rock gold into the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for firstly crushing, then the materials after crushing would be sent to hammer crusher by belt conveyor for second crushing, because the rock gold is hard, after that, the gold materials are transported into hopper by belt conveyor, the electromagnetic vibrating feeder on the bottom of the hopper would send material into ball mill for milling. Besides, the fine materials after crushing would be conveyed to centrigual concentrator, finally the table concentrator.
