ZHENGZHOU, China - 21 October 2026 - Zhengzhou Sinolion Machinery Co., Ltd. will exhibit at MinExpo Africa 2026 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, where the company will present four complete gold processing lines: placer gold washing, hard rock gold processing, CIL cyanidation and flotation.
The company's engineering and sales teams will be available at Booth 188, Diamond Jubilee Expo Centre on Malik Road, from 28 to 30 October 2026.
Rather than displaying individual machines, Sinolion presents each solution as a complete process flowsheet - covering feed preparation, intermediate processing and final recovery - because this is the core decision that defines a project's success. A gold project fails not because a single unit is undersized, but because the flowsheet is mismatched to the ore properties.

Teams planning a gold project in Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe or elsewhere in the region are welcome to bring their ore questions to the booth - including projects still at the deposit-evaluation stage, where the choice of process route is still open and can be optimized at the lowest cost.
Four lines, one question: which route fits your ore
Alluvial Placer Gold Processing Line
It is designed for river-bed, terrace and eluvial deposits, where gold occurs as free particles within sand, gravel and clay. The line pairs a trommel scrubber for clay disintegration and screening with sluice boxes, centrifugal concentrators and shaking tables for staged recovery, and returns process water through a recirculation system in areas with limited water supply. Trailer-mounted configurations allow the plant to be moved as the pit advances - a practical requirement for alluvial operations that work several small deposits in sequence.

Hard Rock Gold Processing Line
It is intended for quartz vein and bedrock-hosted ores, which require size reduction before gold liberation. The line covers two- or three-stage crushing (jaw followed by cone), closed-circuit ball mill grinding to the liberation size indicated by metallurgical test work, and gravity recovery of coarse gold ahead of the tailings stream. Designing around the liberation size - rather than around a nominal tonnage - is what separates a line that meets its recovery target from one that circulates material load that it cannot effectively recover.

Carbon-in-Leach (CIL) Processing Line
It applies to oxide and sulphide ores where gravity separation and flotation leave excessive fine gold in tailings, as well as operations requiring a single high-recovery process. The CIL flowsheet leaches gold into a cyanide solution and adsorbs it onto activated carbon in the same agitated tanks, followed by carbon desorption, electrowinning and tailings detoxification. Because leaching and adsorption run in one circuit, the plant avoids the solution losses and double-handling of separate leach and CIP stages.

Gold Flotation Processing Line
It is suitable for sulphide-hosted gold and polymetallic ores - such as gold-copper and gold-lead-zinc ores - where gold is associated with sulphide minerals and must be concentrated before smelting or further leaching. The line is built around conditioning and reagent dosing, with rougher, scavenger and cleaner stages sized to the ore's flotation kinetics, and produces a saleable concentrate rather than a bullion-ready product.

In practice, these process routes are often combined. For example, a hard rock operation may include crushing and grinding, recover coarse gold via gravity separation, extract sulphides via flotation, and then send flotation concentrate or tailings to the CIL circuit. The right combination is first and foremost determined by ore characteristics, not equipment specifications - and this is exactly the question Sinolion's team will focus on answering throughout the exhibition.
What to bring to Booth 188
Mine operators and project developers who arrive with four pieces of information leave with a tailored engineering solution outline rather than a catalogue:
- An ore sample - even a few kilograms of crushed material, with a description of the deposit type and the gold occurrence (free, locked in sulphides, fine-disseminated).
- Target throughput - tonnes per hour or per day the site must sustain.
- Site conditions - grid power or diesel, water availability, access for containers and low-bed trailers, climate and altitude.
- Timeline - when the plant must be producing, and whether the site is new or an expansion of an existing operation.
In return, the team can outline a recommended flowsheet, the equipment list with capacities, a preliminary general arrangement drawing, and an indicative budget range for the configuration discussed.
Built for remote sites, supported after delivery
The configurations on show reflect the constraints of operating far from a supply hub: modular structures sized to ship in standard containers, trailer-mounted wash plants for mobile mining operations, water recirculation on alluvial lines, and wear parts specified for replacement with locally available materials where possible.
Sinolion manufactures all equipment in-house at its Zhengzhou facility, rather than sourcing and reselling third-party products. This allows us to tailor every process line to specific ore properties, instead of assembling solutions from a fixed product catalogue. Production processes are CE/ISO certified. The company supports delivered plants through installation and commissioning guidance and ongoing spare-parts supply.
Bring your ore. Leave with a flowsheet
Share your deposit type, target throughput and site conditions with us before 28 October - we will prepare a process outline for your project and hold a slot at Booth 188.
