According to the customer's materials, we design the screen mesh as a combination of round steel and woven mesh. The inner layer of round steel can prevent stones from damaging the woven mesh, and the outer layer is manganese wire woven mesh, which is strong and durable. The fine sand can be screened out through the woven mesh, and other small stones and sundries will be discharged through the end of the drum. The conventional screen aperture is designed to be 20 mm, but it can be customized according to customer requirements.
And we have designed spiral in the screen, which can make the material continuously push forward during the rotation of the drum, so that the material can be screened more evenly.
The hopper of the trommel screen is designed with a foldable hinge, which increases the feeding area. The trommel screen is driven by a motor and a reducer. There are rollers at the bottom of the drum. The machine drives the reducer through the motor to drive the coupling and the drum to run.
