Production description
Composting trommel plant is a kind of separation equipment widely used in preseparation and composting of municipal mineralized garbage. The traditional drum of the drum sieve is supported by a roller. When the trommel for compost is working, the two active rollers on one side of the drum are driven by the motor and reducer to rotate. By the action of friction, the active rollers drive the drum to rotate, while the two roller wheels on the other side play a driven role. The inclination of the drum will affect the retention time of waste materials in the sieve cylinder. It is generally believed that the inclination Angle of the drum is within the range. The material to be screened from one end of the cylinder into the hopper into the cylinder, due to the rotation of the cylinder, the material along the inner wall of the cylinder sliding, less than the fine material of the sieve hole of the cylinder into the receiving groove, and the coarse material greater than the sieve hole is discharged from the other end of the cylinder. Working principle:
Screen plate of compost trommel machine is formed on a certain thickness of steel plate stamping or drilling mesh, according to the characteristics of the sieve material to determine the thickness of the screen plate, screen plate needs to meet the requirements of high strength, wear more uniform, long service life. The screen surface is the working part of the screening machine, which needs to be installed on the frame and fixed with bolts and pressing plates. The screen body is supported by the left and right symmetrical arrangement, friction transmission, bilateral drive, the screen cylinder body is supported on the driving wheel, and the motor drives the screen cylinder body to rotate through the reducer. The transmission form of composting trommel plant is divided into gear drive, chain drive, belt drive and friction drive according to the driving mode of screen body. In the first three forms, the transmission system and the screen body support are relatively independent, so the screen body must be installed on the gear, sprocket or pulley as transmission parts. The latter transmission means that friction transmission is the use of sieve body support as a transmission component, the sieve body support and transmission system combined into one, simplifying the structure, so that the manufacturing cost is significantly reduced. However, compared with other drives, the power transmission capacity is low. The friction surface pressure of the drum friction drive usually comes from the weight of the drum body and the weight of the material in the drum, which hinders the transmission of the drum body. The motor is often unable to play its full power, and the phenomenon of the friction wheel slipping will appear. Some measures taken in the design can greatly improve the transmission performance of the roller and sieve friction transmission and reduce the sliding phenomenon of the friction wheel.
