Firewood tumbler also known as a rotary screen, is a mechanical screening machine used to separate materials, firewood and solid-waste processing industries. It consists of a perforated cylindrical drum, the firewood enters the drum through the hopper, and after the rotation of the drum, some broken wood chips will be discharged through the screen holes of the drum, and clean firewood will be discharged through the end of the drum.

Features rotating barrel with pipes evenly spaced to separate dirt, chaff, splinters and sawdust from your firewood. Separate speed controls for barrel and conveyor.  

The firewood tumbler can be powered by an electric, gasoline enginee or generator, and can be used with small firewood processors, or high capacity firewood processing machinery.

The diameter of the firewood tumbler drum is 1200 mm, the length of the drum is 3000 mm, and the volume of the feeding bin is 1.8 cubic meters. The hopper is equipped with a chain-plate feeding conveyor with a processing capacity of 60 cubic meters per hour. Tail conveyors and screens can be selected. The net area is 8.5 square meters. Equipped with tires and traction very easy to move.

The firewood tumbler screen is made of high-quality steel, which is strong and durable and can be designed according to customer needs. Equipped with a power distribution cabinet, it can control the work of the machine and display the working status of the machine.
