Advanced Gold Recovery Process Flow
To achieve an exceptionally high recovery rate for fine gold, our small-scale wash plant utilizes a scientifically proven closed-circuit grinding and mineral separation system:
Crushing & Grinding:
Raw materials are first processed through a crusher and then delivered into a ball mill for fine grinding.
Closed-Circuit Classification:
A spiral classifier works in tandem with the ball mill to form an efficient, closed-circuit grinding loop.
Coarse Gold Recovery:
A mineral jig machine is strategically integrated between the ball mill and the spiral classifier to capture coarse gold early in the cycle.
Fine Gold Concentration:
The classified material passes through a gold centrifugal concentrator or spiral concentrator to efficiently capture fine gold particles.
Tailings Scavenging:
Remaining tailings are routed to a carpet sluice box for secondary recovery, ensuring no valuable gold is lost.
Final Refining:
All collected gold concentrates are transferred to a high-precision shaking table for final, high-purity concentration.
During operation, the material is initially classified by the gold trommel screen. Once the screened undersize material outputs from the trommel, it immediately enters the gold centrifugal concentrator to enrich the fine gold particles. The escaping tailings are then thoroughly processed via the sluice box to maximize overall recovery.
