Structure parts
The frame part: the frame of organic fertilizer screening is made of excellent carbon steel plate, channel steel, and passed the strict product qualification certification and specific process requirements, in order to achieve the purpose of this machine.
Organic fertilizer screening part: this part adopts combined screen mesh, which is transmitted to the spindle by the driving wheel through the coupling, and the screen mesh is installed on the rolling cage of the spindle. The material enters from the feed end, rotates continuously in the rolling cage, is graded, and flows out uniformly from the lower discharge port to separate the finished product from the return material, thus reducing the labor intensity.
Rotation connection part: the motor drives the belt pulley, triangle belt, reducer drive, so that the spindle rotating work, the transmission reducer and the spindle working part, uniformly adopts the pillar pin type coupling transmission drive, convenient assembly and maintenance.
