① Innovative anti-clogging design for the drum screen.
The double-layer screen, coupled with a high-pressure water spray system, has a processing capacity of 30-50 tons/hour. The adjustable screen angle adapts to the high-mud alluvial sand and gravel content in Peruvian mining areas, completely eliminating clogging issues.

The generator set is equipped with a high-altitude booster to ensure equipment stability in remote mining areas without power grid access.

02 Workflow: Four-stage high-efficiency sorting system.
Stage 1: Raw material pretreatment. Diesel-powered water pumps draw water from the river and mix it with the ore to form slurry.
Drum screen classification: Gravel >5mm is discharged directly to the tailings, while gold sand 0–5mm enters the centrifuge.
Stage 2: Gravity concentration.
Centrifugal concentrator: Utilizes gravity differences to separate medium and fine gold.
Chute: Captures fine gold from centrifuge tailings, achieving a recovery rate exceeding 90%.
Stage 3: Concentrate purification.
Shaking table: Secondary separation of the centrifuged concentrate.
Tailwater recycling system: 90% of process water is reused through sedimentation tanks, reducing water intake from the river.
Stage 4: Mobile deployment.
The entire system features an integrated hydraulic folding chassis, allowing it to be towed by an excavator, enabling mine relocation and commissioning in a single day.
