The screen mesh of our trommel screen is designed to be replaceable. A layer of round steel screen is designed inside the screen, and the outside is manganese wire braided mesh. The inner round steel can protect the outer screen, and the outer screen can be removed. After falling, the trommel screen can be directly used to screen firewood, which has wide applicability.
On the basis of our original design, we have modified it according to the needs of customers. We have added a power distribution cabinet to each machine, and equipped with a vibration motor. Compared with ordinary motors, the screening efficiency has increased.
And part of the trommel screen also adds the option of side conveyor, the trommel screen can be equipped with a side conveyor, and the screened material can be discharged through the side conveyor. Avoid building up on the bottom of the drum all the time.
