Two kinds of washing plants can be chosen: one plant with trommel for few sticky raw materials, another one with scrubber and trommel for sticky raw materials (such as clay, laterite and kaolin).

The trommel adopts different aperture opening and various sieves (steel bar, stainless steel wedge, polyurethane) to treat different raw materials, improve screening efficiency and prolong the sieve life.
The wash plants have different structure types: portable, trailer mounted, skid mounted and fixed mounted for easy land transportation and quick on-site installation.
Compact arrangement and modularization are convenient for on-site training and operation.
According to the size of free gold, different equipment such as jig, centrifugal concentrator, sluice box or shaker table are equipped to the wash plant to recover coarse and fine free gold fully. The recovery rate is up to 97% and the recovered gold particles can be down to 40 microns.

The customer can select the electric grid or the diesel generator to supply power to the electric motors of the plant.

All products will be processed to be rustproof and moisture proof before delivery. 20GP container or 40GP container Equipment is packed with plastic wrap or steel case or free fumigation wooden cases, depends on machine weight. Motor is packed with steel case or free fumigation wooden case. Control panel is packed with wooden case. Loading container in factory.
