Working Characteristics & Operating Principle Our washing plants are designed for maximum recovery rates and straightforward operation. The typical processing workflow includes:
● Feeding & Washing: Raw materials are fed directly into the hopper via an excavator. High-pressure water is immediately released to wash and break up the minerals before they advance into the primary washing plant.
● Trommel Screening & Separation: Inside the rotating drum, the material is lifted and aerated as it falls back down. Based on our specialized screening design, the finer materials efficiently pass through the screen openings and are discharged from the left and right sides (with no material discharged from the bottom). Meanwhile, the larger, coarse materials tumble forward and eventually exit from the middle.
● High-Yield Recovery: After screening, the separated fine minerals and water flow steadily into a specialized sluice box equipped with premium gold recovery grass mats. The waste materials (tailings) are washed out, while the high-density precious stones and metals-such as diamonds and placer gold-are securely caught by the grass mat for final collection.
