Product Overview

Centrifugal Separatoris a high-efficiency gravity separation equipment specially designed for the gold mining industry. Taking advantage of the significant difference in density between gold and gangue minerals, it enhances the gravity separation process through a high-intensity centrifugal force field, enabling efficient enrichment and recovery of free gold.

 

Core Features

High recovery rate: Through our test, the recovery rate for placer gold can be 98% or more, for rock gold, the recovery rate could reach 97% when the feeding size is below 0.04mm.

Easy Installation: Deployment only requires a small, flat site. The equipment adopts an integral forming design and can be quickly commissioned simply by connecting the fluidization water supply and power supply before startup.

● Flexible Adjustment: The recovery efficiency is only affected by two core factors-water pressure and feed particle size. Optimal mineral processing results can be achieved by accurately setting the matching parameters.

Hassle-free Operation: No dedicated personnel are needed for continuous on-site monitoring after parameter adjustment. Concentrates only need to be collected every 2–4 hours (the interval can be flexibly adjusted according to ore grade).

Working Principle

The materials are evenly conveyed to the surface of the belt. When they move to the area of the permanent magnetic drum, the non-magnetic and weakly magnetic particles detach from the belt under the combined action of centrifugal force and gravity; while the strongly magnetic particles cling tightly to the belt surface under the magnetic attraction and keep moving with the belt. After the belt moves out of the magnetic field range of the permanent magnetic drum, the strongly magnetic particles lose the magnetic attraction and fall into the dedicated magnetic material trough to complete the separation.
