The complete mobile trommel screening plant is a highly integrated, mobile-ready system. Key components include the infeed silo, shaftless screen drum, robust idler assembly, high-performance transmission system, strategically placed discharge conveyors, cleaning brushes, a heavy-duty underframe, rear axle with traction for easy relocation, an independent diesel generator, an intelligent control cabinet, and comprehensive safety protective covers.
Operational Principle & Material Flow
1. A loader feeds the raw materials directly into the top silo.
2. The integrated conveyor seamlessly transports the material from the silo into the shaftless rotary drum.
3. Driven by a powerful motor reducer, the idler assembly rotates the screen cylinder at an optimal speed.
4. As the drum turns, the material particles are lifted to a specific height before gravity pulls them down. This continuous tumbling action forces the materials to be filtered effectively through the screen mesh.
5. Precise Discharge Logic: Through our precise engineering, the separated materials follow a strict and organized flow path. Fine materials are efficiently discharged from the side conveyors, while coarse, oversized materials are discharged from the tail of the drum. Importantly, no material is discharged from the bottom, ensuring a clean equipment base and a highly organized work area.
6. Finally, the sorted materials are continuously transported to their designated stockpile zones by the respective conveyors.
