Working principle:

The eddy current sorting machine is designed using the principle that a conductor can generate an induced current in a high-frequency alternating magnetic field. When the machine is working, a high-frequency alternating strong magnetic field is generated on the surface of the magnetic separation roller. When the non-ferrous metal of the conductor enters the magnetic separation area, an eddy current will be induced in the metal block, and the eddy current itself will produce the direction of the magnetic field. In the opposite magnetic field, non-ferrous metals (such as copper and aluminum) will leap forward along the conveying direction due to the repulsive force of the magnetic field, achieving separation from other non-metallic substances and achieving the purpose of separation. The main separation effect is judged. Materials based on the ratio of material conductivity to density are easier to separate. Use industries: plastics, glass, electronic waste, municipal solid waste, car crushing and recycling, mixing recycling, industrial slag tailings recycling, urban waste recycling, and sorting of various metal mixtures.
