4. Regularly check whether the bolts of each part of the shaftless drum screen are loose.
5. The bearing temperature of the shaftless trommel screen should not be too high. If abnormalities are found, stop feeding immediately, and stop the machine for inspection after all the materials flow out of the shaftless trommel screen.
6. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine after feeding the material first, otherwise the torque of the shaftless trommel screen will be too large and the load energy of the motor will be increased.
