The factors affecting the quality of the trommel screen are mainly in three aspects, as follows:
First, the influence of moisture When the water content of the material, the particles tend to stick to the sieve surface, so that the sieve holes are partially blocked, and the materials left on the screen can not be screened out, which makes the product appear inferior and seriously affects the product quality.
Second, the movement mode and amplitude of the sieve, the amount of vibrating screen treatment is in the range of 40 to 60 tons, and the amplitude is 3 to 4 mm, the amplitude varies with the increase of the processing capacity of the screening machine;
Otherwise, the product that is screened out cannot guarantee the quality. Generally, the amplitude is 3 mm in the production. If it is too large, the material is not easy to pass through the screen surface, and the screening machine is easily damaged.
3. Mesh shape and material particle shape The shape of the mesh hole of the rectangular punching screen surface is divided into a circle, and the mesh shape of the sieve surface is mostly square.
The rectangular mesh hole is only applied when the screen angle is large or the moving speed of the screen material is large. When a rectangular sieve hole is used, the long side of the sieve hole should be consistent with the direction of movement of the material.
