Firewood Cleaner

Our Sinolion mobile firewood cleaner is a stand-alone firewood cleaner to achieve the very best quality and debris free firewood. It is great for large quantities of firewood under the demand of daily use and can be used together with a front loader.

This firewood tumber cleaner features adjustable speed of barrel, included power outfeed conveyor with adjustable speed, and mechanical pivot angle adjustment of outfeed conveyor.  This is a great way to take extra dirt, splinters, wood chips etc from your firewood before sending it to your customer.

For starters, if you have a lot of kindling mixed in with your wood, you can easily collect it. Then you can bundle it to either sell with firewood, or you can use it to create kindling packages. Additionally, dirty or rotten wood will also be separated as it moves through. This can be collected and then moved or disposed of much easier than if you had to separate it by hand. 

There are separate speed controls for the barrel and conveyor. And a powered chain drive outfeed conveyor comes standard. You can also adjust the slew angle on the outfeed conveyor, as well as the the overall height of the cleaner. This lets you optimize your workflow as needed. 

This product is our FTS1230 mobile firewood cleaner, the processing capacity is 60 cubic meters per hour, the diameter of the drum is 1200mm, and the length of the drum is 3000mm. Equipped with a large feeding hopper, it can be fed with a loader. The feed hopper can be equipped with a feed conveyor to make the firewood feed more smoothly. The size of the hopper can be designed according to the demand. Equipped with a tail conveyor for transporting clean firewood after screening. 

Electric motor, gasoline engine or gasoline generator set can be provided as power source. The main machine will be equipped with a 9HP gasoline engine, the feed conveyor will be equipped with a 5.5HP gasoline engine, and the gasoline generator set will be equipped with a 10kw Kohler gasoline generator set.

One important thing with cleaning your firewood is also that it speeds up the drying process. This of course helps you to speed up your whole production process while the cleaner firewood ensures consistent quality of you product.

TIP!

Don't throw away the wood chips that get separated during the cleaning process. As they can be used as a kindling you can get advantage of them for example by building kindling bags from them.
