The construction waste sorting is a precision grading equipment with a wide range of applications, especially ideal for screening compost, organic matter, glass, stone, wood waste, etc.
The screen mesh of construction waste sorting trommel is mounted on the frame at an oblique Angle. The motor is connected to the toner unit through a coupling and reducer to drive the toner unit to rotate around its axis. After the material enters the construction waste screen, due to the tilt and rotation of the roller device, the material on the screen surface is turned over and rolled, so that the qualified material (the product under the screen) is discharged through the discharge port. At the bottom of the back end of the drum, the unqualified material (screen products) is discharged through the discharge outlet at the end of the drum.
Construction waste sorting trommel is mainly composed of motor, reducer, roller device, frame, sealing cover and inlet and outlet. Due to the rotation and rolling of the material in the drum, it can be discharged from the material stuck in the screen to prevent the blockage of the screen.
