Pre-screening inspection before running the drum: including equipment hygiene, complete connection bolts, fastening and integrity in all parts, check whether the vibration exciter is intact, check whether the springs are damaged, missing or broken, and check whether the V-belts are tensioned or not. Whether there is any damage to the sieve box or the sieve plate, check whether the sieve plate is clogging or not, and the sieve surface should be smooth and free from damage and looseness. Check whether the inlet and outlet chutes are unblocked and check whether the beam is open or not. Check whether the safety protection device is safe and reliable. Check whether the control box, communication, and lighting are intact, whether the grounding protection is reliable, and whether the control buttons are flexible and reliable.
At start-up: After turning on the drum screen, the monitoring equipment starts to stand next to the control box and finds an abnormal stop immediately. After starting normal, check the nozzle of each drum screen again for clogging or falling off. Observe the temperature and sound of the motor frequently. Observe the sound of the exciter frequently. Observe the vibration of the sieve. Is the amplitude of the four corners consistent? Is there any leakage of the triangle? Loose or fall off, often observe the screening effect. Check if the sieve input and discharge conditions are normal or not.
Shutdown: Stop the material on the sieve after it has been discharged. When parking, observe that the sieve collides with other equipment when passing through the resonance point. It must stop immediately when the following conditions are found. In the event of endangering personal safety or equipment safety, when the screen area has more storage and materials, and the material is not smooth, the screen mesh is broken, the screen chute is severely blocked, the screen box is seriously oscillated, and other abnormal conditions. The drum screen can be restarted after the problem has been eliminated.
