(2) When driving, you need to open the cage trommel screen first, then turn on the feeding equipment; when parking, the opposite;
(3) The bearing housing and gearbox should be checked regularly for lubrication and timely refueling and oil change. The large shaft bearing adopts No. 2 lithium-based grease. Under normal circumstances, the grease should be added once every two months. The filling amount should not be too much, otherwise it will easily cause the bearing to overheat. Bearings should be cleaned and inspected once a year.
(4) When the equipment is deactivated for a long time (more than 30 days), the motor insulation should be shaken to avoid burning of the motor.
(5) Start the equipment for 4-6 hours, observe the operation of the trommel screen. If abnormal noise or other phenomena are found, stop the inspection in time to find out the cause and eliminate the fault.
(6) Jog the motor control button to check that the motor steering should be consistent with the steering shown in the cage trommel screen;
(7) The temperature of the large shaft bearing requires that the temperature does not exceed 75 ° C and the temperature rise does not exceed 45 ° C.
(8) The tightening of the fastening bolts everywhere, and found that the looseness should be tightened in time.
