When the trommel screens materials, once the materials enter the drum device, due to the inclination and rotation of the drum device, the materials on the screen surface are quickly turned and rolled, so that the qualified materials (products under the screen) are discharged through the bottom of the rear end of the drum. The unqualified materials (products on the screen) are discharged through the discharge port at the end of the drum. But if you encounter sticky materials, they tend to stick to the screen, so how to quickly remove the sticky materials on the screen?
1. Increase the vibration amplitude;
2. Use sprayed water to flush the screen and drill cuttings to reduce the viscosity of the drill cuttings, but this method is only suitable for occasions where water is allowed to be added.
3. Adjust the angle of the screen at the sand discharge port to be downward, which is beneficial to the discharge of cuttings by gravity, but it may cause slurry to run out;
4. Change the mesh number of the screen or adjust the flow rate of a single screen to ensure that the flow stop point of the drilling fluid is close to the outlet of the screen, so that the drilling cuttings can be discharged smoothly under the lubrication of the drilling fluid;
