1. First, the disassembled bearing should be placed in gasoline or kerosene at a temperature of 100 degrees Celsius for half an hour. The purpose is to melt the grease on the bearing surface.
2. After the bearing has invaded, use a professional cleaning brush to clean the bearing inner ring, rolling elements, rolling and cage oil.
3. Clean the outer ring of the bearing. Pay special attention when cleaning. The outer ring of the bearing needs to be rotated slowly to clean the bearing more effectively.
4. After cleaning, wipe the bearings with a dry cloth and apply a small amount of lubricant. The purpose is to facilitate the installation of the bearing.
