Our MTS1550 mobile trommel screen was delivered to New Zealand. The customer mainly used it to process compost. The processing capacity was 90 cubic meters per hour, and a 40ft container was needed for transportation.
Trommel screen work through the process of separating and grading materials using rotating drums, providing high output screening of fines and other secondary materials. As material passes through the trommel, smaller debris falls through the openings, passing larger material through for further processing, making the trommel an excellent choice for pre-screening before sorting stations or other processes.
This MTS1550 mobile trommel screen is equipped with a large hopper. The size of the hopper can be customized according to the needs. The hopper is also equipped with a feeding conveyor, which can make the material advance evenly after entering the hopper. The top of the screen is equipped with a brush to clean the screen.
And equipped with 2 side discharge conveyors, the side conveyors can be folded; the size of the screen can be designed as 2-3 different sizes. The machine is equipped with traction for easy movement, and it is equipped with 4 lifting legs to adjust the height of the machine.
