What problems should be paid attention to when using shaftless drum screens?

         1. The voltage must be stable. If the voltage is high and sometimes low, it will cause the linear vibrating screen generator to be unstable and cause the transducer to burn out.

         2. When working, the transducer needs to be tightened, so that no dust can enter the transducer of the shaftless roller screen. If dust enters the transducer unintentionally, it will cause the transducer. Burn out.

         3. There is no load on the grid frame, which means that when the grid frame is not stretched, the power supply of the shaftless drum screen cannot be turned on first, otherwise, the power supply will be overcurrent, the grid frame and the transducer will be damaged.

    4. Shaftless drum screens cannot be operated for a long time under the condition of exceeding the rated current. If they operate under the condition of exceeding the rated current for a long time, the transducer will be burnt out.

    5. The transducer on the power supply of the shaftless trommel needs to be matched with it. If a generator that does not match it is used, the transducer will burn out.
