Gold is widely distributed in the earth's crust, and eventually forms rock gold ores due to the triggering of underground hydrothermal movement, crustal deformation or volcanic action.
Rock gold ore reclassification equipment：
Gravity separation of rock gold ore is an ancient method, which mainly utilizes the density difference between gold and other minerals to realize the separation. This kind of gold extraction process has low cost, small energy consumption and small pollution to the surrounding environment. However, re-election is mostly suitable for the selection of coarse-grained gold ore, and is often used in conjunction with other process methods. Commonly used: shaking table, jig, spiral chute, centrifugal concentrator four kinds of equipment.
Shaking table:
The suitable particle size range of shaking table for selecting rock gold ore is 2~0.037mm range, during the operation, the motor drives the bed to do reciprocating motion, the minerals under the action of water flow, the minerals according to its density are distributed in fan shape on the bed, so it can be obtained in order to obtain the gold concentrates, gold sub-concentrates and gold intermediate ores and tailings. There are two kinds of shaking table according to its model: 6-S shaking table and cloud shaking table, among which 6~S shaking table is more widely used in gold mining.
Jigger machine:
suitable for separating rock gold ores in the range of 30(20)~0.5mm, the operation utilizes the pulsating vertical water flow of the equipment to loosen the minerals and sort them out according to the different densities, which can effectively discard the impurities of peripheral rocks and entrapped rocks, and improve the grade of the gold ores. Available equipment types are: BATAC jigger, JT5 sawtooth wave jigger and low magnetic field self-weighted media jigger.
Spiral chute:
the suitable sorting particle size range is 2~0.074mm rock gold particles, according to the density difference between the ore see, will be a certain concentration of slurry into the spiral surface banding, than the major minerals in the inner edge, specific gravity of the small in the outer edge, the fine mud in the edge, after a few sections of the spiral grading, can be selected concentrate, in the minerals and tailings. Centrifuge concentrator:
It is suitable for the recovery of fine-grained gold below 0.2mm (0.074~0.10mm), and commonly used for the recovery of single gold in alluvial or vein gold ores. Operation mainly rely on the centrifugal force generated by the equipment rotary flow to complete the sorting, the specific gravity of the minerals attached to the drum wall, while the specific gravity of the small discharged by the chassis gap, when the accumulation to a certain thickness, stop feeding, and then injected into the high-pressure water flushing to obtain the gold concentrate. Rock Gold Ore Crushing Plant
