First, the closed circuit screening process.

Closed-circuit screening can effectively avoid over-grinding and “running rough” phenomena. It enables the screening operation to obtain a uniform and coarser narrower level of product under the premise of ensuring the qualified particle size, which is advantageous for the next sorting operation.

Second, the use of different types of screening machines.

Production practice has proved that the sieve screening of the surrounding discharge can reduce the over-grinding.

Especially for brittle minerals. Because of the faster discharge rate of these sieving machines, the large-density ore particles that are deposited on the bottom layer of the slurry are easy to be discharged, and the sifting and sieving of the sifting sand is also used as a sieving medium by using parallel long steel bars, so that the over-grinding phenomenon can be reduced.

In the selection of grading equipment, the use of fine sieve and sieve sand screening closed circuit, or pre-grading has certain advantages.

When the fine sieve is used as the classification equipment, the particle size of the screening machine can be strictly controlled, so that the coarse particles cannot be discharged, and the phenomenon of “running rough” is effectively avoided.

Third, equipped with appropriate screens.

The addition of an unnecessary oversized screen in the trommel screen sander will increase the consumption of the screen in addition to increasing the over-grinding of the screen.

The larger the ball diameter, the faster the sieve loss, but the screen mesh that is too small does not substantially sieve. Instead, it occupies the volume of the screening machine, consumes electrical energy, and affects the production capacity of the screening machine.

Generally, sieves having a sieve size of less than 10 mm have little effect. After correctly correcting the size of the ball, it is also necessary to solve the appropriate ratio of the ball.

In addition, the trommel screen sand machine will continuously sift the screen during continuous operation. In order to maintain the proper filling rate and ball ratio of the ball, it is necessary to properly fill the ball.

Fourth, the screening concentration should be appropriate, the screening concentration is too high and too low is not good, the actual operation should pay attention to the adjustment of water volume.
